SAS^® Customer Intelligence Studio enables you to create Treatment Campaign sets that consist of multiple Treatment Campaigns. When you import a Treatment Campaign set, the import wizard does not enable you to map that set to Treatment Campaigns in your target environment. Similarly, when you import a Treatment Campaign that uses a subdiagram, the import wizard does not enable you to associate the Treatment Campaign with a subdiagram in your target environment.

This problem occurs in both Decision Campaigns for SAS^® Real-Time Decision Manager and Selection Campaigns for SAS^® Marketing Automation. When you attempt to use an affected Treatment Campaign or Treatment Campaign set in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, you receive an error similar to the following:

Customer Intelligence Studio has encountered a problem. Save all campaigns and diagrams.
If Customer Intelligence Studio still does not respond, contact your system administrator... 

com.sas.analytics.crm.error.client.ApplicationException: Encountered null package code...

To work around this problem, when you import a Treatment Campaign set, re-import the Treatment Campaigns and sub-diagrams that belong to the Treatment Campaign set.
